About DMS Agent

DMS Agent is a dealership management system built for independent used-car dealers. It runs the whole store in one place: inventory, deal desking, account servicing and collections, compliance paperwork, and agentic AI wired in that let's you talk to your data. It reads the same cars, deals, and accounts, acting only under rules you set.

Why we built it

Independent dealers have been stuck choosing between decades-old desktop software and enterprise platforms priced for franchise groups. Neither gives a small dealership what it actually needs: modern software that understands buy-here-pay-here economics, handles state paperwork correctly, helps price vehicles, and makes the dealership visible to modern AI search tools.

An agent in the data, not a chatbot on top

Many AI tools are a chat window bolted on. It can draft messages and talk about your store, but it often can't do real work. In DMS Agent, it can draft and restructure deals, create customer records, pull and compare vehicle records, help you navigate the software, generate paperwork - ready to download or print. All with direct, governed access: your rules decide what it can do and it always asks your permission to take actions. Every agent action is recorded and verifiable.

What's in the box

Inventory — photos, VIN scanning, market-aware pricing recommendations, and days-on-lot tracking.
Deal desking — cash, outside financing, wholesale, and BHPH structures with payment schedules solved to the cent and guardrails you set.
Account servicing — payments, receipts, schedules, late fees, pay-ahead handling, and a prioritized collections worklist.
Florida paperwork — deal documents generated from your saved figures, county surtax handled correctly, DMV-workflow aware.
The agent — direct, governed access to your store's data: it desks deals with you, answers from your actual customers, deals, and accounts, and drafts follow-ups. It asks before anything changes a record, and it only sees your dealership.
English and Spanish — the entire application is bilingual; each person on your team uses it in the language they prefer.
Your dealership website — works both ways: if you don't have a website, we host a fully integrated storefront for your dealership; if you already have one, your live inventory embeds directly into it. Either way your inventory publishes automatically, pages are AI-readable, and every inquiry lands in DMS Agent as a lead.
Settings control panel — your settings are wired into everything so you can set agent boundaries, manage team roles and access, set deal paperwork requirements and defaults for quick processing.

Where we are today

DMS Agent is in early access, onboarding our first Florida dealerships. We serve Florida independent dealers today; dealers in other states can request a spot on the waitlist. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with no long-term contract. Early-access pricing is available on request.
